THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
• This form is intended for GGC members and ministry leaders. To request and event at GGC, you must be a member of Gulf Gate Church.

• Submitting this form DOES NOT automatically mean your event or need has been approved. After review, you'll receive confirmation from the church office.

• Requests are not first come, first served. We have to prioritize your request with other church needs and scheduled events.

• Once approved, if your request involves promotions, we will work with you to create a plan in keeping with GGC guidelines.

• Please notify the church office ASAP if you need to cancel or change your request.

• We do our best to provide everything free of charge, so as long as it’s a ministry of Gulf Gate Church. Some events may require a cleaning fee. Bigger events like weddings or conferences may require a sound system fee.
